2. What we sell
PSOEASE HERBAL is a homeopathic topical preparation intended for the temporary relief of burning, stinging, itching, redness, dryness and cracking associated with psoriasis. It is not a medicine for the treatment of disease, it does not cure psoriasis, and it is not a substitute for prescription treatment.
3. Medical disclaimer
We do not diagnose, and we do not provide medical advice through this website or by message. Photographs and descriptions cannot substitute for an examination. Always consult a licensed dermatologist or physician about your treatment plan, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, using prescription topicals, or have joint involvement. Do not stop a prescribed treatment in order to use our product.
4. Orders
Orders are placed by contacting us directly. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, where the destination is restricted, or where we suspect resale in breach of these terms.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted at the time of order and may change. Prices exclude import duties and local taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Your responsibilities
- Patch-test before first use, as instructed.
- Do not use on broken, weeping or infected skin.
- Do not use if you are allergic to any listed ingredient.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only as directed; do not apply to large body areas without medical advice.
8. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for reactions caused by use contrary to the instructions, or for the progression of an underlying medical condition.

All content on this site is owned by us or used with permission. Product names, text and images may not be reproduced for commercial use without written consent.
10. Reviews and user content
If you send us a review or photograph, you confirm it is your own and you grant us permission to publish it. We do not publish reviews we cannot verify as genuine, and we do not edit reviews to make them more favourable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence.
